PCB Clean Up and cleaning the leads of the components.
Assemble the Power supply
Check Voltage Levelts,Is the LED glowing or not
Assemble the microcontoller,solder crystal,caps
Build reset circuit.check voltage drop happening or not
Try Programming the 8051 does it work.
Asemble thedisplay ,assemble only one 7 segment display,check they are common anode or not.assemble resistors.
